Can my partner/family member also create an account?

Family Members/Partners/Relatives are allowed to create their own accounts as long as they comply with the Casino Terms & Conditions:

- each customer should use their own credit/debit card for placing the deposits

What is a sign-up bonus?

A sign-up bonus is a no deposit bonus, designed for new players to try out the games before making their first deposit with us. In order to activate your free bonus – please contact the Customer Support team.

What is a welcome bonus pack?

A welcome bonus pack is a series of consecutive bonuses that a player can claim on the first three deposits. This offer contains a match bonus and a couple of Free Spin bonuses to introduce different types of bonuses to a new player. A welcome pack has an option for crypto depositors as well. How many sign-up bonuses can I receive?

What is a match bonus?

It's a type of bonus that matches your deposit amount up to a certain percentage/amount of spins (or both). To claim a bonus of your choice, you just need to log into your account and activate it in the Finance tab (via Menu for Mobile users or Deposit button for PC users) before placing a deposit. What types of match bonuses do you have?

Percentage Match Bonus – upon redeeming this type of bonus, you will receive a certain percentage on top of the deposit amount. For instance, a 100% match bonus with a $100 deposit will give you an extra $100 to spend. Your total bankroll will then be $200.

Spins Match bonus – this type of bonus adds a specific amount of spins on top of your deposit to play certain slot games. The number of spins varies depending on the bonus itself. (e.g. 90 spins with a deposit amount of $100)

Percentage + Free Spins Match bonus – it's a combination of the two previous bonus types that applies both percentage + the free spins on top of your deposit amount (e.g. 100% + 15 free spins with a deposit amount of $75)

What is a Free Chip bonus?

It's a free cashback bonus that can be redeemed by a Customer Support representative in case your balance goes below $0.3. You cannot request multiple FC promotions consecutively. If you have played with one FC and are subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for you to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip.

Can I redeem multiple bonuses simultaneously?

Multiple bonuses cannot be redeemed at the same time – there can be only one active bonus on your account at any given point. In order to claim any type of bonus, you need to make sure that your previous bonus balance has dropped below $0.3.

Can I withdraw my winnings from a sign-up bonus?

The maximum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from a No Deposit bonus is twice the face value of the bonus, but cannot exceed a max cash-out of over $100.

My balance from the sign-up bonus suddenly disappeared/reduced! What happened?

All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Cashout Limits. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 50 times. Once you meet the Wager Requirements for the sign-up bonus, any amount that is over the Maximum Cashout Limit will be automatically removed from the balance and you will not be able to withdraw excessive funds.

What is a Free Spins Match Bonus?

This type of bonus adds a specific amount of spins on top of your deposit to play certain slot games. The number of free spins varies depending on the bonus itself. (e.g. 90 Free Spins on Cash Bandits 3 game with a deposit amount of $100).

The number of lines and bet amount are fixed up to the moment free spins are fully used. After the Free spins are added to your account, all the games will be locked except for the one you received Free Spins on.

The amount of money won with Free Spins has to be wagered 30 times in case the bonus applies to the slot games only, and 35 times if it applies to both slots and cards. Please note that you should not place bets/stakes in the games excluded from the bonus; otherwise your winnings accrued with a bonus shall not be included in the wagering.

This bonus type has no maximum cashout.

How can I get extra Free Spins as per a Match bonus?

Free Spins apply exclusively to one particular slot game. The player's account balance must be less than $0.3 in order to claim any Free Spins offer. The amount of money won with Free Spins has to be wagered 40 times for the slot games, unless otherwise stated in the particular bonus terms.

The maximum cash-out amount from the Free Spins offer is 5 times the number of free spins credited within the promotion.

In order to qualify for the Extra Free Spins bonus, the initial offer conditions should be fulfilled. Extra Free spins will be applied to particular slot games determined by the offer.

Customers cannot redeem multiple free spins offers consecutively unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Free Spins attached to the Match bonus have no Wagering Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits except for the initial requirements of the Match bonus itself. All Extra Free Spins are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above.

When is my bonus considered to be finished?

All of the bonus types are subject to Playthrough Requirement. Playthrough (Wagering/Rollover) - is the specific amount of money that you need to bet overall before you can withdraw the bonus or collect any winnings derived from it. Every bet placed gets the total playthrough decreased by the bet amount.

The Playthrough progress can be checked by clicking on Balance button. Once the reflected amount reaches 0, it means the playthrough is completed, and your bonus balance is converted into the withdrawal amount.

How can I accumulate and use my comp points?

Comp Points, an automated "advancement" bonus, are being accumulated while you're placing bets in our Casino. For every $10 that you wager, you get 1 CP, but this ratio might be significantly improved per player's VIP offer. You can always check your Comp Points count in the My Balance tab. You can redeem 100 CP to get $1 on your playable balance without any wagering or maximum cashout restrictions attached to it.

There are two options to withdraw your Comp Points. Either go to the My Balance tab and click the 'Redeem' button or open your Finance tab: Deposit button (Mobile: Menu) -> Finance -> Comp Points. In the Finance tab, enter the Comps amount you'd like to convert and click the 'Redeem' button.

Note that you will be able to convert your Comp Point if there are at least 100 CP available on your account; otherwise, your request will be dismissed.

It's advisable to redeem your Comp Point balance only in case there's no active bonus on your account. Otherwise, bonus restrictions will be attached to the converted amount.

Are there any restrictions attached to my comp points?

How do I convert my comp points into real money?

There are two options to withdraw your Comp Points. Either go to the My Balance tab and click the 'Redeem' button or open your Finance tab: Deposit button (Mobile: Menu) -> Finance -> Comp Points. In the Finance tab, enter the Comps amount you'd like to convert and click the 'Redeem' button.

What games are included in my bonus?

Depending on the particular type of bonus, it may include slot games (Slots Match), card games (Cards Match), or both (Slots + Cards Match). Free Spin bonuses apply to the particular slot game only. The bonuses for cards include the Blackjack and Poker games, except for Live Dealer games. What is the playthrough?

Playthrough (Wagering/Rollover) - is the specific amount of money that you need to bet overall before you can withdraw the bonus or collect any winnings derived from it. Every bet placed gets the total playthrough decreased by the bet amount. When it stands at 0, it means the playthrough is completed.

Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:

Can you give me an example of a playthrough?

Depending on the bonus type, there can be different playthrough multipliers. For example, for the Match Bonuses, the wagering requirements are calculated as (deposit + bonus) x30 for slots, x35 for slots + cards.

It is calculated this way: if you deposit $100 and take a 200% match bonus for slots on top, you will receive $300 in total. Thus, playthrough will be:

($100+$200)*30 =$9000. Each time you place a bet, no matter if it is a winning or losing one, the playthrough will deduct from the bet amount and will be decreasing. Once the playthrough reaches 0, the bonus money will be converted into a withdrawable balance.

How do I find out my current playthrough progress?

Can I withdraw my winnings if my playthrough is not finished?

All of the bonus types at BoVegas casino are subject to Playthrough Requirement. If you decide to take a bonus or promotion, please make sure to check that any associated wagering requirements are met before requesting a payout. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

What is the maximum cashout for the bonus?

It depends on the bonus that you have chosen to play with. Please contact Customer Support to get explicit information about your active promotion.

In general, only certain bonuses come with a maximum cashout restriction (e.g., No-Deposit Bonuses or Cashback Bonuses). It means that you may withdraw the funds up to a maximum cashout value determined by the bonus conditions, but not more than that. Thus, if wagering requirements are met, but your balance is above the predetermined maximum cashout limit, the extra funds will be either deducted automatically (after the playthrough is completed), or our Finance Department will void the excess upon the withdrawal.

I've chosen a bonus with no maximum cashout. Does it mean that I'll be able to cashout everything once the playthrough is completed?

In case a bonus chosen (e.g. Percentage Match bonus) comes with no maximum cashout limit – it means you can withdraw all the winnings derived from it, except for the initial bonus amount. Therefore, the exceeding bonus amount will be automatically deducted upon the withdrawal request.

For example, if you deposit $100 and take a 200% match bonus on top, you will receive $200 as a bonus amount turning your total playable balance into $300 ($100 deposit + $200 bonus). Once the playthrough requirement for the bonus is met and you decide to withdraw your winnings – the initial bonus amount of $200 will be deducted automatically by the system and the rest of the winnings will be yours to keep.

Certain match bonuses (e.g. Free Spins Match bonuses) come with completely no maximum cashout limit allowing you to withdraw all the winnings accrued from it. For example, if you deposit $100 and redeem 90 Free Spins on top of it, your entire balance will become withdrawable after successfully completing the playthrough requirement.

However, we do recommend checking the bonus description before you choose to redeem it as some of the bonus offers come with a maximum cashout limit.

Is there the maximum bet amount when I play with a bonus?

The maximum bet amount restriction is not applied when using a bonus. Therefore, you are welcome to check the minimum/maximum bet of the chosen game & place the preferable bet.

What are your deposit limits?

For credit/debit cards, the minimum deposit amount starts from $25 with a maximum - $1000 per transaction. For all crypto other than ETH and USDT, the minimum deposit amount is $25. For Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT), the min deposit amount is $50 (for EUR/AUD equivalent according to the latest exchange rate). Do you accept CashApp?

Can I use another person's card to place a deposit?

The customers are allowed to use only their own credit/debit cards issued in their name. In case of using another person's card – the customer will be required to submit the following documents to ensure that the transactions made with our casino were fully authorized and confirmed by the cardholder:

-copy of both of their IDs (front and back)

-copy of the credit card (front and back)

How long does it take for a deposit to go through?

What is the difference between these cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies?

The main difference between these cryptocurrencies is their transaction speed and fees applied:

How do I deposit with BTC?

In order to place a deposit with Bitcoin, please follow the steps below to get started:

- Enter your account on our website and go to the Deposit options in Finance tab of your (Deposit button or via Menu for Mobile).

- Insert the amount you wish to deposit and click Next. (Minimum deposit amount is $25 /€25 / $25AUD).

- You'll be provided with a Bitcoin address that is valid for up to 15 minutes for your current requested transaction only. Please note that for each new Bitcoin deposit, you'll need to generate a new Bitcoin address via the Deposit tab.

- Copy the Bitcoin address from the Deposit tab and transfer the amount you wish to deposit to this address.

- Please, ensure that you do NOT close or refresh the Deposit tab while depositing!

- Once the amount is transferred from your Bitcoin wallet, you may update your status in the Deposit tab by clicking 'Check Status'. The transaction will be confirmed and automatically added to your balance within 10-20 minutes.

How do I deposit with Ethereum or Tether?
